Tone and Strength

 

Pilates is a system of exercise designed to increase muscle tone, support your joints and strengthen your core.

 

Using specific Pilates equipment (reformer, barrel and chair) each session will lengthen and tone your muscles, increase your mind body connection and effectively strengthen your body from head to toe. All of which will help support you through your daily life and other activities you may participate in.
